Hot Fun in the Summertime

As the long holiday weekend begins to wind down, all I can say is WHEW! It’s been a hot, fun-filled ride with family and friends—and it’s not over yet. 

I have to admit fall is my favorite time of year, but I can appreciate the 90 degree temperatures and all of the sultry pleasures that come along with it, especially barbeques. On the 4th, I enjoyed a new fruity cocktail, a blueberry-lemonade and Bacardi Limon concoction, which I believe will make it in to regular rotation. In fact, it was so tasty I’ve been reminiscing about it the past couple of days! I danced to the hits, old and new, and nibbled on hot dogs, fried fish and everything in between. But, perhaps, the most enjoyable part of the BBQ was watching the dating games unfold. When you take one part heat, two parts sexy singles and three parts spirits (alcohol), you have a lovely infusion of anything can happen! 

The hot summer days tend to bring out the sexy …  clothes, cars, music and definitely in people.  If you don’t know what I mean, then take a look around. Hot fun in the summertime abounds. Make sure you go out and have a good time while the heat lasts!
